Buyers Satisfaction Policy
If
you notify me within 3 months of the time you purchase
a home that you are not satisfied
with the home, I
will sell it for you for free. You will still be obligated
for the selling agents commission and standard closing
costs such as escrow and title but I will not charge
for my services to list the home. If we are able to
sell the home for a "break-even" to you or
better including the listing commission then I would
expect to be paid.
Sellers Satisfaction Policy

basis and if you are not satisfied with my marketing
efforts you can cancel your listing at any time. It's
that easy.
I know that my business will not thrive without satisfied
